Service Level Agreement

  • 0-4 hour for a first response within business hours

  • up to 8 hour for attempted resolution for issues that are classified as High priority

  • up to 24 hours for issues classified as Medium priority within business hours

  • Onsite assistance will be guaranteed to be preformed within 72 hours, during the business week

  • Remote assistance will be provided within business hours dependent on the priority of the support request
