Home User Annual

$250

Direct access to a technician
Includes service for one computer but more can be added for $125 each
Business Basic Annual

$500

For business that want a SLA but does not require frequent support
Business Contract

  • Direct access by phone to a technician

  • 24 Hour SLA (Mon - Thurs from 9am - 5pm)

  • Antivirus & Hardware Monitoring

  • No travel fees for Onsite Appointments & Pickup/Deliveries*

  • Remote & Onsite Appointments

  • Includes two hours of service. The cost for additional services, once the two included hours have been used, are billed at our hourly rate of $80 or on a per project basis for which an estimate will be provided.

  • 5 Block Hours of Services Per Year

  • No travel fees for Onsite Appointment & Pickup/Deliveries*

  • 4 Hour SLA (Mon - Fri from 9am - 5pm)

  • Customizable Block Hours

  • No Travel Fees for Onsite Appointment & Pickup/Deliveries*

  • Remote & Onsite Appointment

  • Customizable plan for AV & HW Monitoring & Backup Solutions

  • Free *Pickup & Deliveries* only applies within 15 miles of our office

  • Additional computers can be added to the Home User plan for $125 each. This will put the antivirus, hardware monitoring, and tune-up on the additional computer. The remote support app for additional computers is no extra charge.
